Our company was founded in 1993 based on the simple principles of providing oustanding value, quality and customer service, in IT Computer Training, primarily Microsoft Training to businesses in Warrington, Cheshire and the North West of England.  These principles remain at the heart of everything we do today.
  
Our Training Facilities 
 
Our training centre is conveniently located in Warrington,Cheshire less than half a mile from M62 Junction 8.  It is here where we run our popular short courses in Microsoft Office products and is the location of our ECDL Test Centre.
 
Our facilities are modern and accessible with free onsite parking.  Each of our training rooms is spacious, comfortably furnished and with plenty of natural light. Students have access to a comfortable coffee lounge used for tea/coffee breaks and lunch.  On arrival, you will be personally greeted and escorted to the course registration area, where you will meet your trainer and fellow students.
 
The environment is safe, relaxed and informal; designed specifically to maximise learning and improve your confidence.  With small class sizes of typically 6-8 students, everyone gets plenty of individual tutor time and no one gets left behind.
Our Customers
 
Our customers range from well known corporates to individual sole traders in the private sector.  In the public sector our customers include the NHS, local authorities and the Court Service, where we trained many judges around the country including those at the High Court.
 
Over the years we have had many kind words spoken and written about us by our valued customers including the NHS, Marks and Spencer, Bayer, IBM and DHL to name just a few.  Although we prefer not to use these for self-promotion, they are available for viewing when you visit our facilities.
 
We regularly involve our customers in the development of new courses and services by eliciting customer opinions either in person or via our on-line surveys.  This two-way communication is essential in ensuring we maintain our leadership in value, quality and customer service.
